Start Creating Inclusion Experiences Instead of More DEI Programming!

So you think a new DEI program is what you need? Think again with a 4-1 approach. Leverage issues, involvement, inclusion, and impact to promote your diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. This session will challenge you and open your mind to ways you can go beyond just planning a DEI program and create an inclusive experience. Tap into resources available with technology, networking and creativity that help you boost impact. Be prepared to leave this session with a toolkit of ideas to complement your programs, a resource list and a template for an action plan.

Session Objectives:

  • Explore and discuss core DEI terms including definitions
  • Capture ideas to expand your programming strategy for greater impact
  • Explore 4-1 approach
  • Determine your initial three steps for a DEI action plan

This event will qualify for SHRM Credit.
