What Is A Peer Mentoring Group?

A peer mentoring group meets regularly (approximately once a month) via a virtual platform. Discussion centers around specific topical areas of talent development.

Who Leads The Discussion?

Discussion is informal. Everyone shares knowledge and experiences. Each group has a volunteer "conversation catalyst" who helps coordinate and start the conversation. If you are interested in becoming a conversation catalyst or would like more information on becoming one in the future, please let us know!

What Are The Topical Groups?

The next round of groups will begin in February 2026 and run through June 2026.

Ready to grow the next generation of leaders?

Join our Leadership Pipeline Development Peer Mentoring Group! Participants will learn from each other by sharing practical strategies to scale leadership growth across all levels. Together, we’ll explore action learning, real-world case discussions, and experiential opportunities like job shadowing and rotational assignments. You’ll also discover how peers use tools like 360-degree feedback and personality assessments to personalize development and unlock individual potential.

Future Readiness

Future-Ready Starts Here! Join our Future Readiness Peer Mentoring Group and learn from peers what it takes to lead organizational development into tomorrow. Participants will exchange ideas on championing change readiness and resiliency, building a scalable learning culture, and integrating technology and data analytics to drive smarter decisions. You’ll also gain insights into sharpening strategic consulting skills to influence at the enterprise level.

Measurement and Evaluation

Show the Impact of Learning! Join our Measurement and Evaluation Peer Mentoring Group and discover how others demonstrate the true value of their programs. Participants will share why measurement matters, compare frameworks and approaches, and discuss practical strategies for data collection and tools. This is your chance to learn from peers and build confidence in using data to tell a compelling story of success and impact.
