By 2025, Millennials and Gen Z will more than half of the workforce. And their synergistic relationship with technology have triggered a workplace revolution. Learn what defines these generations and the impact they have on our society.        

About Robin:

Robin Thorstenson is a training coordinator for supercommunity bank, Starion Financial. She designs, delivers and coordinates learning experiences for team members, as well as coaches emerging leaders. Robin is also active in the community, serving on the board of Dakota Media Access and on the Leadership Bismarck Mandan Steering Committee. In her free time, she volunteers with animal welfare groups.
