Badging and Gamification for Workplace Learning     We will examine a use case where concepts of gamification and badging were implemented for onboarding new employees.  This session will provide tools to help you get started on bringing these concepts to your organization.

About our Presenter:

Kirsten Peterson       

Kirsten works at Wanzek Construction, Inc., where she designs digital content for company training and development and also marketing and communications.  Prior to joining the Wanzek team, Kirsten was a technology training consultant for Technology Training and Usability Services at the University of Minnesota. She has also taught foundational design courses at the University of Minnesota, The Minneapolis College of Art and Design and College of Visual Arts.  When she’s not working, Kirsten likes to paint, enjoy a good meal with her Husband, Chris, and play with Pollock, her Australian Shepherd.
