Learning Won’t Stick if You Ignore Transfer is a one hour interactive webinar, we will be focusing on the leadership role and how learning leaders support learner transfer throughout the learning process. We will discuss how leaders can support the learner transfer process throughout and create a culture of learning within organizations. We provide practice ways to ensure learners actually use what they are learning in a training session. Join us as we develop leaders to stay on the path to making training stick within organizations.

Tammy has provided workforce development and information technology services for healthcare, universities, the energy sector, childcare centers, and other industries throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. With her broad range of expertise in software technology and human capital development, Tammy also services as an adjunct professor at Tulane University where she teaches project management, computer networking, human resources, and leadership courses.
