Professional Development Session | Developing and Delivering Exceptional Webinars (Virtual)

Many companies have transitioned from in-office to remote workplaces in response to the pandemic. Though restrictions have lessened somewhat, many organizations continue to offer work from home, or hybrid options. From this shift in workplace norms, webinars have risen to fill the gap when employers look for ways to better serve, educate, and support employees and customers in a primarily virtual environment. But while webinars are certainly popular, not all webinars are created equal. So what makes a good webinar?

In this session, we will discuss the best practices for developing a virtual webinar from concept to completion, we’ll dig into the dos and don’ts of presenting a webinar, and we’ll share practical tips and tricks that add value to a webinar both from an administrator and an attendee perspective.

Presenter:

Natalie Devick

Learning Experience Designer, WEX

Natalie Devick received her bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts and Literature Teacher Education from Minnesota State University Moorhead in 2016. From the start of her career with WEX in 2019, Natalie has been a contributing member of the Learning Experience team’s webinar program, producing over 60 webinars over the course of the last two years. With webinars ranging in size and style from 30 minute product and platform demonstrations, to one hour SHRM certified sessions focused on educating HR professionals in benefits and COBRA, Natalie has helped to support and deliver content to over 12,000 professional learners and clients.
