Creating a Digitally-Integrated Culture in Hybrid Teams

Lack of cultural unity and engagement results in increased turnover & miscommunication, loss of productivity & employee wellbeing, and worse. The challenges of creating and sustaining a healthy culture increase dramatically when a significant portion of internal communication is online, rather than in person. But it is possible to develop a digitally-integrated and healthy culture in remote and hybrid team environments! It starts with knowing what culture actually is and how it works, and then exploring creative ways to incorporate those elements into an online community.
