Katie Larson, Training Advisor, Noridian Healthcare Solutions

Katie Larson is the Training Advisor in the IT department at Noridian Healthcare Solutions, where she designs effective onboarding experiences and develops training that supports both departmental needs and enterprise-wide functions.

With over a decade of experience across organizational development, safety, and quality, she brings a broad understanding of people processes, training standards, and operational alignment to her work.

Katie also holds professional certifications including OSHA 10 General Industry, Certified DiSC Practitioner, and ASQ Certified Quality Improvement Associate.
