Community of Practice: Learning Expertise Exchange-“LEX”

The Learning Expertise Exchange (LEX)  is designed specifically for L&D leaders who want a dedicated space to connect, reflect, and grow.

L&D leaders are often expected to shape strategy, lead change, and deliver results, all while managing shifting priorities, limited resources, and the demands of leading a function or team.

This monthly Community of Practice creates a trusted forum for L&D leaders to:

• Discuss real leadership challenges they are facing today
• Learn from peers across industries and organizational sizes
• Strengthen their influence, credibility, and impact as L&D leaders

Sessions will be conversational, participant-driven, and focused on practical application, rather than formal presentations.

COP Leader: Andrea Fogderud, Supervisor of Talent Development at Noridian Healthcare Solutions

Andrea Fogderud has over 25 years of experience in corporate learning and development, having worked across both large and small organizations throughout her career. In her current role as Supervisor of Talent Development at Noridian Healthcare Solutions, she leads a team focused on enterprise learning efforts and leadership development. Andrea is a former ATD North Dakota board member and enjoys learning alongside other L&D professionals.
